Fourth

Happy late fourth!

My computer has been broken... I'm sorry I haven't updated lately!

My fourth went a little like this:

Church, in cut offs and barefoot.

Feeling sick, because the day before I ate nothing & I just drank a Monster (bad combo)

Felt A LOT better when I ate some veggie kebabs!

Then I had some Monster jello shots (what can I say? Its an addiction)

I shot off a lot off my first fireworks AND had my first sparklers :D

plus,

Me and Rachel went on a haunted house adventure.

Oh yeah.

Probably the best fourth of July yet!

Besides the feeling bad part but hey!

We can't have it all..

smiles & frowns

I hope everyone had a fabulous Fourth of July.

Me and mother went to one of her friends from church's mansion on the water and watched the fireworks.

It was quite beautiful.

Rach ended up not being able to go because she got a fever and her mother wanted to take her to the doctor.

Now the excitement of the fourth is over, its time to get ready to go to Mexico!!!!!!!!

Which I'm NOT excited about!

Don't get me wrong, I cant WAIT for the trip.

But the packing/ laundry/ last minute thing I have to take care of is SO not fun.

Leaving tonight and going to the church for a meeting at 6pm then spending the night with Rach and bright and early Monday morning (at 5am) we will be on our way.

I'm quite excited.

Now to take care of the pre-trip things...

ugh.

Happy Fourth of July!

I'm very excited about today.

Do a little tanning,

Lunch with my mother, Peri, and Rach

Shopping for the Mexico missions trip with Rach,

then me and Rachel are going to watch fireworks,

then we are having a nice ole' sleepover filled with plenty of girl talk and chick-flicks.

I hope you have as wonderful of a day as I know I will.

and I hope you are spending it with those you love..

Brooke's Bucket List

1.) Drive down the streets of Hawaii in a red convertible 1959 MGA 1600 Coupe singing “Almost always true to you”. (You would only understand if you've seen Elvis Presley's movie "Blue Hawaii)

2.) Get a tattoo.

3.) Do something that makes a difference.

4.) Destroy a computer

5.) Plant a tree

6.) Finish writing at least one book

7.) Learn to play piano, guitar, and ukulele

41.) Learn French, ASL, and Spanish

45.) Have something magical happen, completely unplanned

46.) Have a refrigerator covered with pictures

47.) Have my dream wedding and it be everything i've always dreamed it would be

51.) Learn to drive a motorcycle

53.) Become a pool shark

75.) Pack my bags and set off on the road with no plans or idea of where I’m going with someone I love

79.) Become a pen pal for someone overseas

81.) Successfully become a vegan for an entire year

83.) Become flexible (something i've tried to become since I was three)

84.) Hit bull's-eye on a dart board

85.) Get closure on all hurt, grievance and unhappiness of my past

86.) Go on a cruise

87.) Date someone who is romantic, without needing my help to plan dates.

88.) Have a picnic party in the park on a beautiful day with all the people that make me happy and make me laugh

89.) Let 99 red balloons go

90.) Become a mother

91.) Ride an Elephant

92.) Go to the Kentucky Derby

93.) Live on the beach.

94.) Open up my dream, "Grace Pregnancy Home". A home that helps unmarried young women with an unplanned pregnancy, through the pregnancy and birth of their child. Including helping them finish school, learn about how to take care of there child, and get a job and there own apartment or house.

95.) Start my own vegetable garden.

96.) Train my dog like police dogs

97.) Live in Paris for a Summer with a view of the Eiffel Tower from my apartment

98.) Never get a speeding ticket

99.) Learn to be happy & find the good in all situations

100.) Create something that will last forever. Even after i'm long gone
