Date Weekend

I hadn't been to Rachel's in awhile we've both been busy with working and so on so it was nice to see her, we had dinner and a movie which was so fun.

we actually decided we should start having 'date nights' every weekend...err.. every other weekends seeing how we are broke as heck! haha
we also had a fun weekend filled with tons of games of yatzee & skip-bo and some much needed movies...

Also cant wait for you guys to see the early birthday present I'm getting myself... Yes. I am buying myself a present. I mean who knows what you want better than yourself, right?

AHHH!!! My eyes burn!

No, they really do.

I don't really know why but I woke up from my nap & they were burning. Ouchies!

I had never even heard of it till today & my mom rented it & I was immediately drawn in.

The main guy in the movie has the same name of someone else that is very special to me.

Its not a common name though so hearing it made me do kind of a double or triple take.

Anyways, I normally don't like movies without extensive story lines but this movie was so short & sweet & to the point & I adored it.

you always hurt the ones you love. The ones you shouldn't hurt at all..

I hope so, its a classic!

In it Pollyanna based the way she looked at life by a thing called 'The Glad Game'

In which we had to find the good in every situation

& focus on that.

I've decided I'm going to start playing,

Don't you hate when everything is going along just perfectly & then you have to knock YOURSELF ten steps back?

When you get a major blessing & then for some reason you think that the road up ahead is clear & perfect & one thing doesn't go as planned & you can only see that & not the blessing?

When you should be on cloud nine but the smallest thing happened & for some inconceivable reason it over shadows the sun!?

& it could be the smallest little thing,

it could mean nothing at all.

But still you are back to feeling like poop.

Well today I caught myself doing that.

No more.

Home Sweet Home

I am home :)

I got home last night and me and my mother went to look at an apartment we hope to be moving into, went to the movies to see "The Ugly Truth", got chick-fil-a, ice cream, and some groceries.

TODAY!!!!

I'M GOING TO HANG WITH RACHEL :D

I've miss her so much.

We are going to chill at her house tonight (I've missed her family as well, and her mom's burritos!)

tomorrow she has a family reunion around noon that she wants me to go with her too.

Then after we are going to come to my house and have a candle lite dinner on my terrace.

Its the last sleepover I'll probably have in this apartment.

I'm excited to be moving though.

Then Sunday we are going the galleria for shopping and lunch then to the movies :)

Our neighbors were playing "Sweet home Alabama" earlier really loud and I was dancing around like a nerd, it was the best.

Well,

going to take a shower and get ready to drive to Rach's with my mom.
