Sorry for my low quality picture, took it with my phone.I know this looks a little strange but if you try it, I promise you will make them again, again, & again.
What you need:
Devils food cake mix
Marshmallow Cream
How to:
*Bake cupcakes just like you would normally (directions on the back of the box)
*Cover top of cupcakes (after they cool) with marshmallow creme like you would with icing.
*Place in the broiler until the tops are lightly browned,
WHICH
only takes a second!
Which is the reason mine our a little darker than 'light' brown,
I learned the hard way.
